What LAI Did: Document Workflow Automation Built Into Their Existing Tools

LAI mapped Advisory by Astrid’s full document lifecycle, from creation through internal review, approval, and final delivery, and rebuilt it as an automated workflow inside the tools the team already used.

There was no new software to learn, no new logins to manage. The automation was built directly into their existing environment, using SharePoint for document management and version control, and Power Automate to handle routing, approvals, and notifications. When a document is ready for review, the right person is notified automatically. When it’s approved, it moves to the next stage without manual intervention. Version history is maintained without anyone having to think about it.

The build was scoped, delivered, and handed over in weeks, not months.
